Shipping & Returns

Collection is available from our local store in Willenhall, WV13 2AW, simply select buy and collect at point of purchase. All orders will be ready within 1 – 2 working days. We will send an email notification confirming when your products are ready for collection. Please bring this with you when you collect as proof of purchase. 

We will make every effort to despatch all non-personalised items within 3 – 5 working days from the point of order, subject to stock availability. If for any reason we cannot fulfil this, and there will be a delay, we will contact you before processing your order. All delivery times are based on standard working days of Monday – Friday.

Delivery Charges:
Orders to UK Mainland and Lowlands will be charged at £6.58 + vat. Orders to the Highlands will be charged at £15.38 + vat.

Courier delivery times and special requests:
Courier delivery times are generally between 8am and 5pm, all deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the delivery it will be returned to the depot and a card will be left for you to make arrangements to collect the item.  **Please note we can’t generally make special requests when booking the delivery as we have no way of passing these on to the courier**

Returns & Refunds:
Arcsnsparks will endeavour to ensure all orders are fulfilled using the highest quality products from leading brands. However, if in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase please follow the steps below:

  1. Please notify the team within 14 days of purchase and you will be given a unique returns number. You can do this via email, or by calling 01902 602845. 
  2. If the item is faulty we will aim to refund within 1 – 3 working days from receipt of the item(s). We will also refund the cost of postage back to us so could you please enclose a receipt for this. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment only. 
  3.  If the item is not faulty we will be happy to exchange it but you will be responsible for the postage costs.
  4. All items must be returned in the original packaging with labels and tags still on. 
  5. Parcels returned due to an incorrect address being supplied upon ordering or due to failure to collect from a drop point will incur a re-delivery charge.
  6. Please note we will not except returns on embroidered or heat seal printed products unless the product is faulty.
